SPRING FESTIVAL & AUTUMN FESTIVAL Bus Group Information

GROUP TICKETS

If you would like to bring a group to our show, tickets can be pre-sold up to two weeks before an event by contacting our office. A special “Group Ticket” will be mailed to you for each member of your party.

The group ticket price is $6 per person for our SPRING & AUTUMN FESTIVALS held at Shakopee, MN and Villa Park, IL. Group ticket price is $5 for our SPRING & AUTUMN FESTIVALS held in Omaha, NE, and group ticket price is $5 for our AUTUMN FESTIVAL held in Sioux Falls, SD. (Bus parking is free and we comp one chaperone and one bus driver.)

Indicate the number of tickets needed, the show you plan to attend, and the day and time you plan to arrive.  Send that information and a check to:

NAME TAGS

PLEASE GIVE EACH MEMBER OF YOUR GROUP A NAME TAG OR BUTTON TO HELP THE TICKET TAKERS IDENTIFY YOUR PEOPLE!

POSTCARDS

As you enter, a postcard to register for our hourly $30.00 gift certificate drawings will be given to each member of your group. Have them fill the postcard out and deposit it in the tubs near the show entrance or at the information booth.

(A list of winners is posted at the INFORMATION BOOTH/SHOW OFFICE, or ENTERTAINMENT STAGE.)

SHOW PROGRAMS/MAPS

As you enter, show programs/maps will be available for pick up near the  

 “Deposit Postcard Here” tubs. Members of your group can each pick one up.

Since these are the area’s LARGEST shows, be sure to allow 2 or 3 hours minimum to see all the decorated booths, the newest arts and crafts in the industry, the professional entertainment, and the distinctive shopping experience the show has to offer! Plenty of food and drink is available to make your visit to our arts and crafts festivals a delight!

Our shows are extremely varied with Traditional, Country, Contemporary, Americana, and Cottage works. Items range from iron works, original paintings and prints, rugs, furniture, clothing, garden art, florals, folk art, toys, baby items, puzzles, pottery, wood carvings, jewelry, stained & fused glass, photography, personalized gifts, ornaments, birdhouses, candles, home & seasonal décor, and so much more! You will find a wide price range that fits the upscale buyer or someone on a budget.  Enjoy the outstanding values and richly diverse selections!
